DELIVERY TIMES

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and will arrive within 2-5 business days.

Europe orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked & signed and will arrive within 3-10 business days.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked & signed and will arrive within 5-12 business days.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. All international orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked & signed.

PLEASE NOTE BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES. If your parcel gets stuck in customs you will receive an email or text from your country's customs office. You MUST pay this fee for your order to be released.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our return period is 14 days after the item has been delivered. You are able to return or exchange your item as long as it has not been worn and there is no damage. If your returned item is damaged you will not be offered a full refund. We will not refund the postage cost.

Buyers are responsible for covering the postage costs or customs fees when returning or exchanging an item.

If you request a refund for an item that has been bounced back to us due to not claiming it from customs you will not be issued a refund for the postage cost.

                CARE INSTRUCTIONS

COSTUME JEWELLERY

These pieces are not designed to be worn daily or in wet environments as the material can deteriorate quicker. We varnish our jewellery with an extra protective layer. We also recommend coating these rings with clear nail varnish & storing them in a jewellery box or pouch for more protection.

Please refrain from allowing the jewellery to come into contact with any liquids or chemicals such as water, make-up, hair products, perfume, etc.

STAINLESS STEEL + STERLING SILVER

These pieces are designed to be worn daily and are okay to wear in water.

If your necklace starts to tarnish, you can simply clean it with household items or a jewellery cleaner to make it look brand new again. We recommend storing these necklaces in a jewellery box or pouch.

PACKAGING

All rings come packaged safely inside bubble wrap. Our necklaces are packaged on a backing card and then wrapped in bubble wrap. All items will come packaged inside an envelope.

Please be cautious when opening your parcel.
